Ioana graduated from the Romanian-American University, obtained the LLM degree in Business Law and took courses in international business law at Sorbonne-Assas International Law School in Singapore.

She is a member of Bucharest Bar since 2009 having a strong research background on commercial contracts, European law and general data protection.

In 2020 Ioana has joined WILL community (Worldwide International Lawyers League) as a member and she is a mentor for startups in CommonsAccel Accelaration Program.
